Flexi Solar Radio
Flexi is a flat solar-powered paper based radio concept designed by Wu Kun-chia, Wang Shih-ju, Chen Ming-daw & Liou Chang.
Flexi radio can fit in a purse or even a wallet and it includes a speaker on one side and a solar cell on the other, both of which are light and flexible. It’s designed to be used within the station-waves range, but could be modified to receive internet radio via WiFi or WiMax. Really cool idea. [via]

That is a fascinating idea. I did a little bit of research and it could actually come in quite handy to use a toaster oven as a soldering iron. It’s very tedious to solder a lot of components. I found this url which you may have already seen.
