Lumenhaus - Future of housing

Lumenhaus is building a house, an 800 sq. ft. zero-energy house that is completely powered by the sun. A house that wakes you up, tells you how its doing and dresses for the weather. LUMEN means “the power of light” and HAUS is a reference to the BauHaus movement. The word Haus in German means both house and home, reflecting the multi-audience appeal of LUMENHAUS.
